What you should know before booking

Text is highly preferred and messages are responded to within a few hours. Calls will be returned within 24-48 business hours. For medical emergencies, call 9-1-1.

1. We are you located?

Inside of the Tampa Executive Center, we are the first office downstairs on the right.

We can provide most services via telehealth for all of Florida.

2. What insurances do you take?

We are primarily a cash pay office and accept cash, credit, debit, FSA, and Care Credit. Your payment is due at the time of service.

We do accept Cigna PPO and Open Access for primary care services only.

We can discuss how you can get a reimbursement for services if we do not participate in your network. However, this is not guaranteed. You should check with them and see if an out of network visit is covered.

3. How do I book?

Click on the “book here” feature by each service. This will take you to our calendar and you can find our calendar of availability. Most services will ask for a fee deposit or complete payment to secure your appointment.

4. What ages do you treat?

Ages 16 and up.

5. I don’t see the service I need, how can I find out more?
